WHO WE ARE

At The Scholars’ Web (S-WEB), we are building a vibrant community of young thinkers, dreamers, and doers across Nigeria. Founded on the belief that excellence should be nurtured from a young age, S-WEB is a non-profit initiative committed to empowering students through academic, creative, and leadership development.

Convened by Dr. Joan Ebahi Okhiku, S-WEB began with a passion for essay writing and literature appreciation, but our vision extends far beyond the written word. We embrace a holistic approach to learning, fostering growth in mathematics, critical thinking, creativity, innovation, and personal development.

Through competitions, mentorship from academic and industry experts, engaging workshops, and impactful community projects, we provide platforms for students to discover their strengths, showcase their talents, and become active contributors to society.

We believe that every child deserves the chance to shine, regardless of background or location. By weaving together minds from diverse schools and communities, we are shaping the next generation of change-makers, scholars, and nation builders, one student at a time.

OUR MISSION

To develop confident communicators and critical thinkers by providing platforms for writing, mentorship, and academic challenge.

OUR VISION

To build a vibrant network of student voices empowered through creativity, education, and leadership.
